Patient Details
A 18 years old female, Occupation-student,Resident of mothkur presented with
Chief complaints
Fever since 3 Days-High Grade fever and continuous
Cold since 3 days
Nausea and Vomiting since 3 Days.
History of present illness
Patient was apparently normal 3 days ago,then she developed fever which is High Grade ,Continuous &associated with chills and cold,
She is suffering with body pains,Headache since 3 days,
Burning micturition since 3 days,
Pain I'm Abdomen since 2 Days ,intermittent ,No aggrevating and relieving factors.
History of past illness
Hypothyroidism since 2 yrs
No Hypertension
No Diabetes mellitus
No Tuberculosis
No Epilepsy
No CAD
No asthma

No complaints in family
