Patient Details 
A 55 Years old male ,Occupation-Agriculture,Resident of Nalgonda presented with 
Cheif complaints 
Patient complains of pedal oedema Grade 3 since 1 week and difficulty in breathing since 10 days.
History of present illness 
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 10 days ago then he developed Shortness of breath Grade 2 not associated with wheeze,  No aggrevating and relieving factors and Pedal oedema upto knee
Undergoing Dialysis.
History of past illness 
Hypertension since 8 years
CKD since 8 years

CVA-Absent
Undergone fistula surgery 9 months back
